At just 23 years old, Ethan Williams has built a reputation as a skilled negotiator with a keen eye for value. Starting his career by launching a successful landscaping business at 12 years old, Ethan quickly developed a knack for managing operations, negotiating contracts, and purchasing high-ticket equipment. This hands-on experience led him to dive into buying and selling vehicles, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, heavy equipment, and trailers – closing over 50 deals and mastering the art of negotiation along the way.
After entering the world of business, Ethan served as a police officer, where he sharpened his ability to assess situations quickly, read people effectively, and remain calm under pressure – skills that now drive his negotiation success. Today, Ethan leverages his unique background in business and law enforcement through Realistic Negotiation, a company dedicated to helping clients secure the best possible deals while eliminating stress and maximizing savings.

Ethan Williams has personally bought and sold a diverse range of assets, including a 2005 Peterbilt 379 semi-truck, a fully loaded 2017 Ford F-350 Platinum, a luxury 2014 Audi RS7, a modern 2017 Mustang GT, and a track-focused 2016 Mustang GT350. He’s also dealt with high-performance motorcycles like the Ducati Supersport S and BMW S1000RR, as well as heavy equipment such as a JCB Teleskid and a JCB 35 Mini Excavator. Additionally, he has handled multiple dump trailers and enclosed trailer, further demonstrating his expertise in negotiating deals across various vehicle and equipment categories.
