At just 23 years old, Ethan Williams has built a strong reputation as a sharp, results-driven negotiator with a deep understanding of value and deal structure. His journey began early—launching a successful landscaping business at the age of 12—where he quickly developed skills in operations, equipment purchasing, and contract negotiation.
Ethan’s entrepreneurial drive led him to buying and selling a wide range of vehicles and equipment, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, trailers, and heavy machinery. With over 50+ personal deals under his belt, Ethan has mastered the art of finding value and negotiating favorable terms in virtually every type of transaction.
After gaining hands-on experience in business, Ethan served as a police officer, where he honed his ability to stay calm under pressure, read people quickly, and assess situations effectively—skills that now fuel his negotiation success.
